It is my fervent belief that the policy proposals on the economy, youth development, the judiciary and education will have an indirect impact on issues such as crime. We must move toward building a more inclusive society which addresses our social and societal issues at the core in a multi-faceted approach that is both strategic, effective and sustainable.
